Spark AR - Language auto detection

🇺🇸 Expand your audience and make effect more viral! Adding support of different languages is now simple. 

• Automatically detects phone language. Add languages, set which one will be by default. Then make a textures with texts in different languages and connect to your material through option picker or animation sequence.
  
• Language codes are listed here (you need 639-1 column).
